### Paul Petefish on the Equifax Breach
Paul Petefish, co-found of Evolve Security discusses the 2017 Equifax breach. On September 7, 2017 Equifax announced that they experienced a cyber security breach, impacting 143 million U.S. consumers. Hackers gained access to people’s names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses and, in some instances, driver’s license numbers.
